Post-Publication Discussion
The journal is committed to promoting constructive scholarly discussion, transparency, and accountability in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Core Practices. Readers, researchers, and other stakeholders may submit evidence-based comments, scholarly criticism, or concerns regarding published articles through the journal's official editorial contact or a Letter to the Editor. Such submissions may address methodological limitations, inaccuracies in reported community service outcomes, ethical concerns, or interpretations of published findings. The editorial team evaluates all submissions fairly, objectively, and confidentially when appropriate, considering their scholarly relevance and supporting evidence. Authors are provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond to substantive concerns, following the COPE Guidelines for Handling Post-Publication Critiques. Where necessary, independent experts may be consulted to ensure a balanced assessment. Confirmed errors or concerns affecting the reliability and integrity of published articles will be addressed through appropriate editorial actions, including corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions, in accordance with the COPE Retraction Guidelines. All corrective actions and associated notices will be documented and made publicly accessible to preserve the integrity, transparency, and credibility of the scholarly record.
